Every project starts with a confirmed scope, quote, timeline, and payment agreement. After the quote is approved, KhanCopyX sends a Payoneer payment request or payment link. Work begins after the agreed advance payment has been confirmed.
Quote-based payment flow
Request a quote, approve the scope, then receive a Payoneer payment link.
KhanCopyX uses a quote-based payment process for custom copywriting, editing, and strategy projects. After the quote is accepted, a Payoneer payment request is shared so clients can pay securely using the payment options available through Payoneer in their region.
Work starts after the agreed advance payment is confirmed. This keeps pricing transparent and protects the project schedule for both sides.
2. Scope and price are confirmed
Once the deliverables, revision terms, timeline, and final quote are clear, the project is approved for payment.
3. Payoneer payment link is shared
KhanCopyX sends a secure Payoneer payment request or payment link after quote approval. Public account details are not posted on the website.
4. Work starts after payment confirmation
Projects begin after the agreed advance payment is confirmed. Larger projects may use milestone payments, with the first milestone paid before work starts.
Payment method
Payoneer is the preferred payment option. A Payoneer payment request or payment link is shared only after the project quote is accepted.
Advance payment
Fixed-scope projects require agreed advance payment before work starts. This confirms the booking and protects the delivery schedule.
Milestones
For larger projects, milestone payments may be agreed in writing. The first milestone is paid before the project begins, and later milestones follow the approved schedule.
Client options
Clients may be able to pay through card, bank transfer, or other Payoneer-supported options depending on their location and Payoneer availability.
