These terms explain the general working process for KhanCopyX copywriting, editing, proofreading, email, content, and AI content editing projects.

Project scope

Project scope, deliverables, timeline, revision terms, and price are confirmed before work begins. Any additional pages, emails, documents, research, or changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, brand information, documents, links, examples, feedback, and any required approvals.

Payments and Payoneer

KhanCopyX accepts payments through Payoneer. After the project scope and quote are approved, a Payoneer payment request or payment link is shared directly with the client.

Projects begin only after the agreed advance payment has been confirmed. For fixed-scope projects, payment is required in advance before writing, editing, proofreading, research, or strategy work starts.

For larger projects, milestone payments may be agreed in writing. In that case, the first milestone payment must be paid before work begins, and later milestones are delivered according to the agreed payment schedule.

Revisions

Most projects include one revision round unless otherwise agreed. Revision requests should be connected to the original scope and provided within the agreed review window.

Publishing responsibility

Clients are responsible for final publishing decisions, legal claims, compliance requirements, and factual verification unless a separate fact-checking scope is agreed.
